
Michael Thomas Harrison

As like most people in the film industry Michael started his film career as an intern in 2003 at Emotion Pictures, outside of Boston, MA, and worked his way onto various short films and documentaries, including the hit PBS Series The Visionaries.
In 2005 he continued to hone his learning experience by working on Mario Van Peebles’ feature film Hard Luck. In 2007 Mike worked on the short film entitled Broken, which is currently in the early stages of being remade into a feature length film and later that year he worked as a creative consultant for Pearry Teo on the film The Gene Generation.
Michael has written and produced two short films The Darkling and The Mind’s Eye. And in addition has written two feature length screenplays, Annabelle (horror genre) and the thriller A Bed of Thorns. He has written a teleplay for a pilot animation series Nemesis Enforcers which he’s hoping to have produced in Japan for Japanese audiences and then license the series here for American views, and Mike also wrote four PSA scripts.
Currently, he is working on the production of his third short film entitled Unspeakable and is in development with screenwriter Claire Ferdinando entitled A Bed of Thorns which, he also co-wrote. Michael has teamed up with producer Julie Campbell and Mark Campbell Productions to bring this film to the big screen.
Recently, Michael optioned his second feature film entitled Can’t Stop the Rain a suspense story which he is planning to produce immediately following the completion of A Bed of Thorns.
